regarding this one, I cant calibrate my screen because it immediately closes when i tap from 1 or any where.

I wonder why, rebooting did not fix it, i hope there are other ways aside from reflashing.

the problem started when i install my first screen protector yesterday

This is a known issue with custom kernel.

Also here's a workaround if you don't want to use the backported screen calibration utility:
