Aha ! That would be an IDE (Integrated Development Environment). Well, some of the options with those are (in no particular order): Geany, Eric, PyDev (=Eclipse), WingIDE... But keep in mind that PyQt is just a component here - those are all generic Python IDEs, with more (or less ) integrated PyQt support. pyqt isn't not more than the _bindings_ to the qt libraries (those the upcoming meego should be based on and applications available for maemo already use).
while qt is c++, pyqt allows you to use those libs with python scripts.

thus, you still need everything necessary for python development, because pyqt is nothing but a building block for your apps.

YES ATTILA77!!!!That's what I'm talkin' about.I have one last question.I installed also the maemo-cplusplus-device-env.Does anybody know how can I start it?(maybe it's like PyQT A SET OF LIBRARIES that's why I couldn't find it).And one more thing.What is hildon?
