I wanted to try to install the citrix client, I got all the packages but they fail to install and I don't know how to get the tar.gz file to install.
dpkg -x <somefile>.deb /
tar xzf tarball.tar.gz

Obviously the Bluetooth keyboard is still being handled at too high a level. kbdd, being a kernel-level driver, may well be the best option eventually.
