The main reason for me is that you need windows to manage the off-line maps. I am still waiting for a mac version of the nokia suite ...

Nice link.
How on earth do you zoom out? Zooming in is fine (double click using stylus). Panning is fine. But I haven't figured out yet how to zoom out in this!
<off topic> BTW, getting that damn cursor on the N900 is the biggest hit and miss of the centuryUsually I have to work for around 25-30 times before I finally manage to get that cursor icon visible.

@offtopic: I find it quite easy. Just sweep your finger from the left into the screen an then tap the upcoming icon.
As for me, the ability to use a map offline is top priority, but it is good to know what app is best when online for convenience.
