Wouldn't it be better to expose a pause command over D-Bus and have support for EasyPlayer added to Sleeper (which focuses on providing a good, usable sleep timer)? I'd also add EasyPlayer to headphoned to pause playback when headphones are unplugged.

The only idea I can offer is perhaps a Preference option to switch on metatags instead of filename because my songs are all jumbled when using filenames. Hopefully you can incorporate in a later version?

Well, my music is organized into folders. For example, I could have a directory called classic rock and inside of that directory could be another one called pink floyd or something.
Instead of showing that easyplayer shows all the folders that are in that folder. It kind of ruins the whole organization part...

I tried it. It worked, but I get these Economist mp3 files weekly, and the way I keep track of where I am is by deleting the ones I have listened to. EasyPlayer didn't have a delete function, so I went back to the default player. It looked good otherwise, though.

What I would be interested in is an audio player that can respond to avrc (buetooth) commands.

Well, sorry, I actually won't change the way the music files are displayed in the browser. Maybe I'll try a second folder level in the browser if I have some spare time... I think you should try symfonie.

I like to include this in the 0.4 version. But, it may take some time. I'm busy with other things...
