You know after watching the disassembly video I see absolutely no reason to be worried about a loose bezel. Its only function is to keep pocket crud from getting under the touchscreen / screen lens area.

My bezel was loose when I first took it out of the box. I gave it a slight push down and it seemed to click into place and was solid up until a few weeks ago. It is now moving again at the top-center. It is sort of annoying, but I realize after watching that disassembly video that it is probably just not in one of its clips right, or one of the teeth are just bent a bit wrong. I could take it apart and fix it, but I'm almost certain while doing that I'll screw it up our nick it in some way that will piss me off more. I don't have any squeak or rattle from the screen itself, just a bit of play in the bezel (which I can visibly see move about a mm of space when I press it into the case). The replacement ones on the net are around $12. I guess if it finally gets to me I'll order one of those in case I totally screw it up when taking it off.

After getting it repaired and using it for about a week, no more problem with the bezel.

Hmm, I just dropped mine today accidentally and it hit concrete the on the edge of the bezel misforming it a little - its pushed out a bit at the top... No other damage to the phone other than that but it bums me out that its now scratched and dented!

Where did you get it repaired and how much was it to get repaired?

It was repaired by Nokia Repair Centre in Singapore, free(under warranty).

I've found an easy fix without removing the bezel...

Being curious, I took a look at the edge where the bezel meets the case. On mine, there was a hairline gap that ran everywhere, but on the top, between these two parts. It is almost as if the top portion of my bezel was siting a bit too low, and possibly why my bezel was loose. I took a sticky-note (any strong, thin piece of paper should work, I just happened to have a sticky pad nearby) and ran it along the edge at the top to get under the bezel. It was a tough fit at first, and a few edges ripped causing me to fish them out with another note. After a few runs I was able to get more of the paper under the bezel and move it smoothly across the top. I continued doing this for about a minute, starting at one end, then next time starting at the other end. Low and behold, the problem had seriously lessened!

I still have the slightest of plays up there, but it is basically pretty solid and hardly noticeable. Honestly, I only notice the slight movement because I'm looking for it. This is a really low budget fix, but it worked. Anyone else with similar issues, you might want to give this a go. It may be putting enough strain on the pins to bend them back into place. I don't know if this will be as permanent as removing the bezel and re-fastening it, but... it is a very simple, easy, and harmless fix to try. I'm quite happy with the results.
