Speaking as an Aussie living in the USA I can't tell you how many times I have tried to explain why a UTE is awesome.

Sweet car.

Personally I drive a 2010 Subaru Outback. Nothing unique but a damn nice car in my opinion.

Erik - 1963 Volvo Amazon Sport Wagon (122S)
Which I'll drive about 10-15,000 miles / 16.000-24.000km a year

and Gustav - 1964 Volvo Amazon Sport (122S)
Which I've been driving 30-35,000 miles / 48.000-56.000km a year

and Valkyrjan (the Valkyrie) - 1963 Volvo Amazon (121)
Which is in pieces now going through full restoration in my spare time but was my full daily driver when I first got my license and for a few years thereafter.

I want a UTE, they are hot. I've wanted one since being in Sydney back in '03.

yep. they are normally driven by tradespeople... or people like me who have no real requirement for the tray but saw getting one as a way out of ever having to be designated driver when going out with a group of mates... and they look sexy
