get it from someone on gumtree that sells it and doesnt have a clue about the phone.....i got mine 2 months ago for 350 pounds,you can easily find one for 300.....then get the unlimited data 3 sim with no contract for 15 pounds per month....you cant beat this!

Nokia are a business and have chosen a path of using the OSS community phenomenon to reduce their overheads specifically after sales support and development. Unlike Apple who do the opposite and make a killing from their Applications store.
