Has anyone already reported a bug to support 125 - 600mhz Kernel file (125/250/500/550/600) without overclocking?

Nokia will never re-enable 125mhz as it is too risky. The pitfalls are obvious and the gains are non-existent from their POV

I think OC to 650MHz will not shorten the cpu's life as much as the 800MHz+ OC.
Can anyone confirm?

Then someone will write one up to allow 125MHz idling mode. May be OC it to 650MHz clock and low it down to 125Mhz. I think OC to 650MHz will not shorten the cpu's life as much as the 800MHz+ OC.
Can anyone confirm?

Nokia are a business and have chosen a path of using the OSS community phenomenon to reduce their overheads specifically after sales support and development. Unlike Apple who do the opposite and make a killing from their Applications store.
