no idea, what "recaller" is, but if it is a gui program, the package will contain a .desktop file, defining the icon to use, category and the human readable name.
try

dpkg -L recaller | grep desktop

and check the file, hopefully listed with

less

or

cat

but basically should the app be listed in the usually ways maemo offers.
