Can you try this?
Code:
modprobe hci_h4p; echo "00:11:22:33:44:55" > /sys/devices/platform/hci_h4p/bdaddr; modprobe -r hci_h4p; modprobe hci_h4p
in a root shell?

I have sent my device in so i am awaiting feedback. Will let you guys know what the outcome is and if it is a fried chip i will post in overclocking section.

Hi guys. Finally after 3 weeks I got a brand new unit from nokia,no reason as to what was the fault.... I bet they didnt know how to even troubleshoot the prob.

wish I could have had an answer for this fix but for now I think I will not try to reproduce this error. So i am staying away from multiple flashes as I think that is wat caused it. (flashing with a moded kernal)

Peace.
