As I stated in my previous, very serious response, I was able to speak to someone on the phone who directed me to customer care point in my country within minutes of going to nokia.com and finding a number to call to. I'm sure they would also be able to provide you with the email details you need as well.

Been there done that and guess what , ha they dont have !
There is a reason for wanting the EMAIL address as opposed to a telephone number.

Now tell me something here... why would someone want an email adress for the complaint dept of a company?.
Now you might not be the brains of the world and neither am i but i really dont understand why you cannot understand why someone needs an email address for a customer complaints dept.
