Here you go

http://rapidshare.com/files/38392668...armel.deb.html

You need both files

Please test them and check if there are any problems. Unfortunatly, I cannot install those packages on my phone, since I dont have PR1.2 yet

Could you at least post a few screenshots here, made on the SDK? =)

There appears to be no suitable binding by default to get out of fullscreen mode. With the exception of the Library View, it's not really much of an improvement, IMO of course.

Looks like it simply requires to be merged with whatever changes have been done to 0.10.7, including icons and configuration.

Sharky, could you please send me your source code, or make it downloadable somewhere? I will try merging it with the current version in Extras.

Ok. I have that source. It did not compile for me as the Maemo part was missing a few widgets (progress bar, etc). Will try again.

Uploading to Extras-devel will have its library dependencies listed as the lowest which meets its requirements. If that includes PR1.2 APIs, then it indeed won't be installable by PR1.1 users. However, if it's a new package - rather than a new version to an existing package - that won't cause problems to anyone.

So, fbreader-experimental would be an obvious name.

What PR1.2 symbols does 0.14 require?
