Is the "Netbook UX" something similar to the current Moblin and/or at least some "different" UX - or is the "Netbook UX" currently just XFCE?

What makes you so sure it's Nokia that is doing the reference handheld UX and not Intel? I mean, Nokia is making one for themselves obviously but I'm surprised if we'll see that before the launch of the Nokia's MeeGo device later this year.
