After I updated via OTA, I was about to try video calls, but I can`t find this option.

OK I`ve got update on my one.
Some of my Skype contacts have the skype video call option, but some doesn`t.
Strange

Contacts without video option, are:
my friend with n900, but old firmware
and other friend with symbian based mobile

Works great for me, although the output from the front camera is really bad.
The way I think it works is that you have to first initiate the call, and then you can press the video button to start the camera. If the other end doesn't support receiving video (e.g. Skype for Symbian) I imagine the option wouldn't appear.

I just updated to 1.2 and m amazed to see tht my skype account has been deleted and its nt in the 'add' list as well..
also i cnt add facebook accnt...it says username and passwrd incorrect.!

well in india government has banned voip over the phone...so skype isnt allowed...but i am using it here since i hv US version
so my suggestion dont install indian version ...use US or UK version. Cheers !

ya...its illegal to make VoIP calls to PSTN/Mobiles in India...that could be the reason, for not having Skype service...
