Possibility means that any electronic device that has enough memory has the possibility to run Linux. We need to back up those claims with features that actually exist. It's fun to promise a million things but only come up with more promises.

I use all the apps out there, and now it's jailbroken I get a flawless palm pre type multi-tasking facility. Never crashed on me, can do anything I can think off, takes good daytime photos, and again you can't beat the apps. The handset is solid, no moving parts of course. No need for keyboard no more, can type just as fast on it as my old N900 (got a spell checker too!!!)

Can do everything and more than the N900 in my book.

Wasted a lot of money on Nokias over the past year or so, never again.

I do not follow you. But please remember that features what users here told you are not features what Nokia has promised. IMO features what Nokia has provided with N900 some of them are really good and some just suck e.g. PIM, Phone app, Maps - but then again what they basically promised was shiny fun social device which you can use for web surfing, video watching and playing music. Thing what they didn't understand is that business people might also buy this device and thatīs probably total catastrophe if you are not familiar with coding and linux system and do not want to with WORK this device.

And what the H is wrong with you. Why you keep making some many threads? Do you have any siblings or what is going on here?

One feature I like is the FM tuner. Quality sucks but it's better than nothing.

Useless features are: Linux OS, Using it as a controller, controlling a remote control car from it and being a big brick that can be thrown at people.

Can someone please give me some features that makes this phone better than others?

Edit: Overclocking? Why? Phones sold today have twice the processing power by default.
I can use it as a hammer.

Sorry, I can't help it.... This phone is built on an open(relatively speaking) platform; so if you have the skill set(or you can find/hire someone who has the skill set); you can program it do any strange/wonderful things(limited by the hardware capability). My take is that it is a handheld computer with TVout, a FM radio/transmitter, camera, bluetooth/GPS/wifi/ubs/IR for connectivties and a phone module. How you would want to use this packages is entirely upto you and YMMV.

If you feel iphone or other phone fits/meets your need better; more power to you.

It's like a trampeze for spolied users; they jump on it, then bounce straight off.
Seriously, the amount of butthurt this phone creates is MASSIVE, I've never had so much fun reading baseless complaints in my entire life.

the n900 can SSH and rDesctop better than any other phone.
it can download multiple audio / video files at the same time.
it can be used a table sketch pad better than any other phone (myPaint)
it skype / VOIP integration is not perfect but way better than any other phone.
it supports complicated mouse navigation in ajax and flash websites!

the PIM, tasks and calendar are as close to useless as you can get.
the battery drains faster than any other device of this nature i have ever used. *(thinking n810 and palm centro here)

The n900 is so opensourced and so customizable that I coded an app which turns my n900 into a fully functional Ironman suit...
