Doesnt work for me either with the newest firmware on the N800. If anyone knows a solution that would be great.

Which firmware are you using? The latest one improves upon flash. Works perfectly on my n800. Although i prefer watching things on my laptop/22" lcd monitor
Still not playing video just keeps loading.......

tip: to get the best stream quality make sure you have upgraded to the latest n800 firmware, press and hold on the flash video until the menu comes up and select "unlimited" storage usage and save, then pause the video for about 3-5 mins depending on how fast your connection is and then you will have perfect video playback.

hmm I seem to get this on some videos but some others work. Depends on the hosting of the video, each host have their own version of a flash interface. I guess it doesn't support Flash 7 very well 
but if you have a computer, save that site.. it's awesome
