I actually use the Nokia RSS reader a lot, and must be one of the few who like it. Basically, it's cache is broken. If you disable the cache all together you get a much better experience.

Here is some shameless self-promotion:

If you're not happy with the OSSO feed reader, you can try out a different one. I didn't like it so started writing my own, Nibbles. It's still pre-version 0.1, but has been pretty stable in daily use for a while now.

There is a thread talking about the pre-release version if you're interested.

In the interests of fairness, there is also a program called Feedelity, but it wasn't for me.

In order to fix the problem, you first need to click on "Home" then choose "Applet Setting", then "RSS feed reader". Once the settings window is open, you will see two tabs Updating and RSS Home applet. Click on Updating tab. UNCHECK "Update feeds automatically" and then click OK.

Once you have the automatic updating feature turned off, you can now open up the reader and manually "refresh" a single feed or all feeds as you wish.

This will take care of your problem. The feeder has too much to update while it is trying to load at the same time. Bug?

Hope this helps! http://www.internettablettalk.com/fo...cons/icon7.gif
