You are running the nitdroid modified kernel. Reboot your phone and chose option 1 from the bootmenu "maemo -2.6.28-omap1 (or similar)"

Bear in mind that installing has prevented me from loading nitdroid. I may have done something wrong though!
- extract the kernel Fiasco file from the package
- extract the zImage from the Fiasco file
- place the zImage in /boot/multiboot/vmlinuz-2.6.28.10power37
- create a boot item for multiboot, e.g. /etc/multiboot.d/power37.item
