As said many time. Please describe your sitsuation in detail.

To what network? (have you tried different types?)
What encryption?
What wifi AP you have?

etc.

I noticed that the global firmware doesn't support certain wifi channels, such as the one my access point was on. When I reverted to the UK firmware, it was OK. So, perhaps you should check what channel your wifi access point is on. IIRC, its up past channel 11 where this issue may occur.
