just not possible with the same technology and size i cant see how the other manufacturers can put more in a battery while nokia fails to do so. there are quite couple of decent OEM compatible batteries out there really. but they are all with the same spec,no more capacity. i bought 2 of them for 20 pounds and so far they work just the same as the original one if not slightly better. but safe to say, any thing less than that price should be a knock-off.

I did buy it, two of them in fact, plus a desktop charger (I gave my old one away). They came from Eastmaze. I doubt the batteries are 1500mAh, but the quality seems good, also good charger quality.
These were delivered surprisingly quickly considering they came from Hong Kong. Charger price was about $5. I'm not going to test the batteries particularly, just use them. Battery life seems fine so far.

You can easily Google Eastmaze. Seems like a decent company to me.

i went out on a limb and purchased 2 of them they have a sale so 20 dollars with shipping included is not a bad deal even if its bogus but if its for real then i will have a better battery. will let you know how it goes. I use my phone heavy

have 3 email address linked to phone
have IM yahoo, aim, facebook, ovi, icq, google
i text heavily
i am a tester of the nitroid build for n900
listen to music using the fm transmitter in my car
i use GPS using sygic maps
i love using remote desktop to work on issues from the road
I overclock my cpu to 750 on my n900 for that extra boost
i use the premium version of office to look at documents on the road
i transfer files to and from my phone using wireless and tinysmb
currently have 7 windows open while writing this via n900
listening to music right now for my daughter
use google voice and tweeting
i change my battery after an 8 hr day
I have 3 batteries one in phone and other 2 on standby on charger

So this will help me in many ways I am a IT Systems Coordinator I left my blackberry for this for its super ability to do multiple things and not crash with so many apps open. need better battery and this will be complete.

Hi there.

fsantiago36, could you do a report of how are those bateries are performing? and could any of the buyers give some impressions on how well they are and if the anounced power is correct?

Thank you in advance
