When I installed Joikuspot on the modded kernel it broke my WLAN connection without any chance to fix it :/

I still try to get Mobilehotspot running but had no success yet because it has a dbus error :/

I really would love any wireless possibility to use my phone as Hotspot for my ASUS 1215N Netbook.

what i noticed that once connecting to js on titans kernel and not being able to connect to the web, Im still able to access the ssh server on the phone. so by creating a dynamic tunnel to the phone and pointing the browser to the tunnel i can get on the web. this way no WEP is needed as u need to authenticate with ssh once connected =)

For general issues with the power kernel check http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=52743 You find also a tutorial there how to make it working with it
