By far, you have the quickest turn-around time of anyone on this forum! I will give NetDiscover a go immediately, I've loved the tool in Back Track and looking forward to putting it to good mobile use on the N900!
...side note... I almost don't want the N9 to come too quickly because I know many folks on the tech bleeding edge will move to it right away (perhaps even yourself), which will leave the N900 community without a true following... long live the N900 (with MeeGo, please developers!)

On a different note, does your screen shot show "5G" in the signal strength bar or am I hallucinating?
