I had similar problem 1 month ago and nokia changed all the electronic parts (the mainboad). Now I have new IMEI. Hope you can solve without repair.

The same happen to my N900 and the problem was the battery.
I actually had to send the phone out for repair because the phone was damaging the battery itself (not recharging)

Hey,

I had the same problem, and I'm going to try getting a new battery. I was wondering if you ended up fixing the problem without having to send it in to be repaired, phareouh.

I also wanted to ask about how much it would cost to repair the N900, just in case if I end up having to.
