A Facebook application is on my list of possible future projects, once I get cuteTube fully up to scratch. As an idea for my next project, it is currently competing with a MythTV application.

I doubt we'll ever see Gravity on Maemo (at least not a Maemo specific version).

wow they both seem awesome, i'll vote for the facebook app, after i've seen what you were capable of with the awesome cutetube, i'm pretty sure that you can come up with an awesome facebook app with an awesome ui .

as he said, cutetube first, i know that a lots of us (including me) agree that this app is almost perfect, but the player still needs some work...
and if a thread is about getting something from nokia, its hopeless, but if its something the maemo developers can do, neve loose hope .

i agree it is great on a 10 inch screen, not on a 3.5 inches one, plus with a decent facebook app, no functionalities would be lost, we already have fb chat and fb pics upload, and an fb widget, so whats lefted are the things i mentioned in the first post.

An implementation like this would be ideal.

Seems liek the best idea. Quick enough for mobile net. very functional, clear and user friendly. Looks almost like the requested app, and u dont need to instal anything, code anything. Only thing u do is add it to ur bookmarks, even as a shortcut to ur deskopt. The simplest ways are the best ways, specially whe do work . And this 1 does.
