I have tried that, but when I type "fsck -af /dev/mmcblk0p1" it writes:
-sh: fsck: not found
root dosfsck -r /dev/mmcblk0p1
Ok, it says:
fsck 1.41.3.maemo0 (12-Oct-2008)
dosfsck 2.11, 12 Mar 2005, FAT32, LFN
/dev/mmcblk0p1: 3468 files, 415998/442377 clusters
mount: mounting failed: Device or resource busy

But, first try what Duy2anh suggested.
You could install rootsh from Application Manager.
