Prankster, I guess you want to run ubuntu in chroot.
Download ubuntu-n900.deb from here, and install it.
Then, you can google for ubuntu-m5-v1.2.img.ext2.lzma file, which is not available anymore in the original link, or you can try my unstable filesystem image extracted from official Ubuntu 11.04 omap4 here. After that, ungzip it and put it in MyDocs folder.
I am experiencing random reboots while running something in this chrooted image. However, you can test it.
Acording to this post, I will try to do the same with omap3 image later today. After that, I will post results here
