you could be right, just charged my phone and verified when charging was completed.. unplugged the phone and battery was 100%!

Should be charging again after 5%loss.. probably starts after 10%.. Actually the phone shouldn't lose it's power that much when it's in airplane mode overnight

Never managed to get to 100%, always at about 96%-98%, perhaps the MeeGo update will fix this...

Also, when charging / full charge I do not get an indicating light, it works though and flashes briefly only when I turn it on.

Do you guys reckon a full drain and recharge would correct this? I understand this is most likely a software bug as discussed from some other people on foreign forums but isn't it bad to drain a lithion battery?...

IIRC this was explained in konttorri's blog...
Can't remember the detail now....
IIRC he also said some twks relating to it are coming w/PR1.1.
But it will still essentially work the same way.

Out of interest how long is it taking people to charge their phones? I thought it was meant to be Quick charge? its taking mine over 2 hours probably closer to 3! My girlfriends iphone only take s about an hour by comparison!

You cant completely drain the battery, there are safeguards in place. When the phone says its empty, its not really empty.
