You are right, forget my last posting, saturday night, maybe I had one beer to much.
Nothing deleted in this case, luckily.

I got the tip from a dutch website that had a detailed how to to install gingerbread on the sd card. Thanx for the link I will start reading there and create a backup.

@ everyone, thanx for the help, glad I didn't delete anything important.

Careful with that, combined with -r!

if you do (from anywhere) rm -r .* it will wipe out everything, as .* will include ".." which is the parent directory (i.e. / if run from /root)

i want to delete /and to free up rootfs.
i think i have installed gingerbread in /and so rootfs is full.
root
rm -f /and
is it okay?

nitdroid deleted
any way to reinstall nitdroid
