Are you sure it's not installed? Reboot during installation is perfectly normal! it's called GTalk Video Call in manage applications...

It is indeed a very good point that they added Gtalk video but the installation is very far from intuitive... As explained, there is an unexpected reboot plus some some weird info on the first black screen with text using red letters very scary (not sure about the text anymore but something that rescuing software...)
Then I had a message on my list of applications that the installation had an error. Trying to re-install but not possible. Trying to remove plus re-install, no more success.
THen I thought why not trying the application. ANd then it works!

Not very user friendly but at the end it works and apparently flawlessly with no lag or freeze.

This is still very weird from a Nokia application that the installation is so unintuitive... But with the help of others, I prefer a difficult installation than no installation

Guys when I try to add an account in my N9 it wont give me an option to add a google account at all. I have installed the gtalk correctly but since I cant create a google account I am not able to use it.
Do you have any idea? Do you think my carrier deleted this option? Any suggestion?
Thanks

Some carries block providers such as Skype. AFAIK You can always flash the lastest PR1.3 with 001 variant and get rid of all the customizations/restrictions your operator did.
