That's an interesting thing and the guy did if for free. Not bad at all. That forum generally looks interesting. Chrome + Google translate helps

I found this wifi scanner much less useful than QNetMan2 - am I missing something?

Yes, QNetman2 has a very good wifi scanner as well. Thanks for the info. Missed it all along.

MeeWiMan can be improved with autoscan. By this I mean the app should keep scanning after detecting the networks when it opens. Without autoscan you cannot capture all the wifi networks in your location. Every time you press the scan button some networks may disappear due to signal dropping below the threshold level. The wifi signal varies like a half sine wave.

I've suggested to the developer to put in an autoscan function. He has agreed so hopefully we'll see a new version soon.

I think this threshold level is too high in N9. Just scanned my apartment with QNetMan2 and signal is quite good almost everywhere, only few places signal drops below 70% and then drops N9 too...

That level should be adjustable...
