I am sorry to hear that, I don't think it can be repairable, please, when you buy another phone, be careful with it.. Especially when it is an N9..

well i let dry for like 3 day in rice and I took it to Nokia care, after a day they told me it has 3rd degree liquid which cant be repaired .I should buy a new one and they could count my old one with like 100 egp (16 usd) reduced from the new one!

for future drowning cases: i once learned to flush the water out of electronics by dipping it in pure denaturalized alcohol. It drives the water out of the device, preventing it from rusting in the long run. After that you should let it dry, like described above.

no the screen is just like before, i didnt open it to see it ,but the phone took fast wash and it was dried from spinning only little drop of water was after i took it out but maybe because it was switched on and for 30 mins maybe there wasnt any chance to save it not like it was dropped in water and removed from it quickly

did it happen to you.?

Precisely, dont let the water dry inside, it will ruin the device.
The white spots on the circuits below is what is left from letting the water dry.
This guy on the picture was lucky enough that the circuits was on the underside of the card , and that the water thanks to gravity dried on the plastics and not on the circuitboard.

To be precise, its not the water in itself who destroys electronics but the chemicals that are dissolved in the water.
... and there is plenty of those chemicals in a washingmachine.
