Now if you're in flight mode and getting these numbers...

Can you give us a screenshot of Top at the peaks?
I actually did save the htop output when I made the chart -- please take a peek at htop.txt (screenshot below).

Does anything look unusual? What I don't understand is how come my CPU usage is at 83%, but when you add up all the processes consuming CPU they only add up to 25%? I think the only three daemons I installed are Battery Usage, ProfileMatic, and Easy Answer.

Some more details of my setup during this time:
- PR1.3
- Flight mode = ON
- Screen brightness = 40% (second lowest possible setting on the slider)
- Color profile = normal
- No apps running on last homescreen (that means no music playing in the background)
- I tried the shortcuts app, but it didn't work so I uninstalled it
- I tried the wazapp beta, but couldn't register so I uninstalled it
- As can be seen in apps.txt, I'm not running the battery icon app
- As can be seen in htop, my N9 had been running for awhile before I took the screenshot (i.e., I did not just reboot)

I hope I can get to the bottom of this with all your detective help because what's been eating my battery life has been eating at me also -- I can't get through a work day without bringing the cable with me to charge, which defeats the point of having a "mobile" phone arggh >.<

Try the battery usage app, nothing interesting in your htop output.

Hallo,
where can I get this program (Energy Profiler) for my N9.
In Ovi-Store it is not available for N9.
Thanks Gerd

Uninstalling Easy Answer has almost doubled my Standby-time (on PR1.1... yes, I don't have uppdated it yet )

The most easy way (at least that's how I do it) to see witch processes use most of your power is with 'ps aux' and check out the CPU spent time column.... (You'll need binutils , bussybox dosnt show CPU spent time )
Hope this is helpful.
