Nope, deleted already. Funny thing is that in wazapp, I am able detect all the pictures and screenshots using media send function.

That's weird then...AFAIK wazapp too uses the same tracker .db files...
Maybe try for one of the picture that isn't being detected to open it with Filebox and then click back on the gallery app once opened...Maybe then it starts to detect things?

Well if your contacts are from a MfE or Google account just disable the accounts first...If they aren't then just back them up using N9QTweak or you can also go to Contacts and click on Export Contacts to file...
They will be found in /home/user/MyDocs/Contacts/
You can copy them to your PC to be safe...
Re-installing tracker shouldn't reset it AFAIK but we prepare for the worst probabilities as the last time I did this was quite somewhile ago and honestly I can't remember the consequences...
