My problem is the Command Prompt does not see the file. You can see from the log here

My challenge is that the Cmd does not even see the .exe file in the program file.

Take a look at this dialog from Cmd

right click cmd.exe and click open as administrator... Also i think another of your issues is as Wikiwide pointed out, the typo for flasher-3.5.exe

I cant find cmd.exe in order to right click, where is it located please?

Go to start menu, write cmd, then it will appear right click on it and then run as admin

Thanks Guys - vi_, Wikiwide, thedead1440, sunyakram and Pichlo for all of your support which has seen me through to successfully flash my phone firmware. Now my phone is back to life with all my files intact. I even realized I dont need to flash d eMMC. thanks again for being so helpful in my desperate situation.
