I assume these are all free to distribute applications, so we should just backup the repository and check that they all can be imported into razor's repository (some of them are already there even in newer versions).

But this repo is not needed for Nokia's list.

Yes, the apps.formeego.org contents are all open source imported from the MeeGo Community OBS.
