now this feature is not supported. And near future is unlikely to appear. Because I didn't think about it when I designed the structure of the project.

Well, I will be glad if you little explain me.Perhaps you are right. But let me explain how meegim is made. This client is based on a library Qxmpp. (by the way, qxmpp is an awesome library) Then I created some wrap for this library which implements an xmpp client. After that I exported these modules to QML and the client logic is implemented in QML. So as you can see, I can't run the client as deamon.

I too am facing the same issue - My messages return to me. Also, the supposed recipient doesnt get any!

Yes, thank you. Today I found same behavior. Sorry, I use simple xmpp account, and didn't see it. This strange thing happens only with google accounts. There is some feature for gTalk. I didn't know about it, and when you send your message, google server returns same message and reports about error. So, user sees its message. Please, wait for the next release. I'll fix it certainly.
