I have to say, i had in my hand a chines fake N9, the size and look is almost the same, but i you look closer to identify it as a fake, you have to watch for this changes!
1. In front above the screen of phone is a sign of "N9"...the original does not have that!
2. The screen is more like 4:3 than 16:9 wide, and is transflective screen easy to scratch, and when turning the device ON, the screen is low-res like 320-240 or 480 pixels and easy to see pixels with your naked eyes, and probably you will encounter any icon with chines letters written.
3. The camera on the back is 3.MP...the original has 8.MP.
4. If you enter the code of *#0000# you'll get on screen the phone info something similar to Symbian device, where in one of the lines will appear like RM-609...but N9 original will only show the Version of fw and underneath N9, and underneath again round circled R and NOKIA it's name.
One my friend was cheated from someone and he show me the fake phone that i'm writing about it and it's fake side, so hope someone use this info to define the right N9 phone.
