It is pretty crazy to send out email with a link to track the shipping when it is not shipped yet and no information on when it will be shipped in the email.
This is probably some automated system that is generating the shipping labels/records.
Hopefully they will send out followup email as they start to ship the items.

I rather doubt people are really getting any mails from Jolla, I haven't received anything after getting the confirmation for my payment.

Itella is the stupid new brand name for the finnish postal service. That link in your mail should show shipping details, if Jolla actually sent something.

"The Itella tracking code doesn’t show you anything yet, because any shipments have not been sent yet.
The shipments of the pre-bookings will start after 2-4weeks of the end of the pre-booking campaign. The first shipment will include the t-shirt.
You can use the Itella tracking code to track your shipment after the pre-booking campaign has ended.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
