Karl - you are absolutely right. I have 2 kids in college, and if restrict them to 2 peanut butter & jelly sandwiches per day for food, plus no beer, I should be able to get the new cards. Plus I will be able to afford the new Nokia N830 (whenever it arrives), which obviously will switch to compact flash cards to render our new SD useless.

I want the 8GB micro-SD for my Nokia N95 myself, mostly to get rid of my Nano.
But with a 64GB N800 I can pretty much kick my iPod to the curb.
