If yes, i would manually move them to another place so software can recreate them as needed. (and you would eventually get message if any issues with them)
Once manually moved or deleted, restart the tracker-processes -r and see what happen.
Because this may be due to your index files being corrupted or read only and tracker cannot find/delete/create them.
