Don't think so.. You did try the things that where in your league like reflash the FIRMware (not frimware) several times with no success.. Bring it in for repair at a repairshop or try it yourself with a cameramodule from ebay.

Maybe clean it with some nailpolish remover with a toothbrush dry it with a hairdryer or keep it under the fan and reflash. . Before doing anything must unplug the battery.

Oil? If it's coming from inside the phone it's possibly a leaking battery. Take it apart and have a look as it might have damaged the internals.

NO!
Nail polish remover may contain aceton (will destroy).
Using hair dryer might expose too much heat (produce moisture).

@irulestar
Search forum and you will find appropriate measures (posted by me somewhere).

i do know proper methods the fact is i might not know electronics by book but do have good experience in repairing things and the avove materials are easily obtinable or found in house . Also it it wont harm i low quantaties yep it would leave a bit scrachy marks on the borads or plastic but thats not damage ? And a hair drier just used to dry wont ever destroy someting.

Also a multimeter should be used to find the suspect. Replacing camera module with a new one should be easy or else refrain from doing it diy way just go straight to repair.
