can someone tell me how and where to access android settings page? i can fine 'Android Support' in Settings-system,but not the apps settings
already tried Settings>Apps ,nothing is there

I have loads of android apps, some faded and others not. Seems to be no obvious pattern in which ones are and aren't available to edit. I don't think it's only ones with background processes available (e.g. skype must have, but is faded for me?), plus you still might want to close/clean apps without bg processes?
Running the faded apps in question didn't help, nor did a reboot.
