I have this one:

and is almost as small as the one you posted... and is a logger too. Comes with software (you can download the logger data to google earth). Works fine with maemo mapper.

I've been close to ordering one myself, the only issue I have is that I would like more than 9 hours of battery capacity.. but that's the price for the small (and very nice!) size. The 16-hour GPS units are all larger than this one.

Also, I wonder how good the GPS reception is from under the steering column.
