You should see two videos the Hands-v32-h264.avi and matrix.avi

Now, if you installed leafpad and root you can type:

Code:
root
leafpad /etc/hildon-welcome.d/default.conf
There is:

Code:
[hildon-welcome]
filename=matrix.avi
change matrix.avi for Hands-v32-h264.avi

You should really read carefully the first post from Lacedaemon. If you download it in the Documents of the n900 (not the memory card) and type *exactly* his code.. it will work for sure only if you installed rootsh.

I consider myself a noob too. But I search a lot in the forum to find what I want and I learn things at the same time

I redownloaded the file and it works well. I almost sure that you didn't follow correctly his guide. I really don't know what to tell you more.
Good luck!

This is the only theme that I can't install.

Can I have RedAlert installed to install this one? The error that I'm getting is related to /.DS_Store and the process is killed or something like that. Any hint?

Did you find out what the problem was?

Yeah unfortunately that is my fault(or Macintosh's fault).
If you delete RedAlert theme you won't be getting that error.

Will fix the .DS_Store issue and upload new version.

Classic example of arbitrary Nokia decision making. Couldn't just fallback to the no brainer of tagging with lat/lon if network isn't accessible, could you Nokia?

IM stuck at this part

//== Theme Installation ==\\

1) To install you need to transfer the downloaded .deb file to your N900(for example Documents folder)
2) Open xterm and type(you need rootsh for this):
Code:

sudo gainroot
dpkg -i MyDocs/.documents/matrix.deb

I cannot install it it says Cannot access file not such directory or something... PLease Help?
