Same problem here. Both tuning apps missed some of the covers, so I tried to add them manually, both under the covers folder and in the music folder (not at the same time). No go.

my folder structure is:

Hi guys thanks for the reports,

we are going to investigate it further as we are going to d some improvements on the tuning plugin for beta10. sorry for the lack of updates but we were caught by surprise with diablo's new delivery method.

If you guys can just tell us more details about your files ? are they mp3s ?

(slower response time, because I am on vacations )

All of the files are MP3s. 256 and 320 Kb/s. I think most are VBR.

I changed the default cover folder location to my internal mmc2 card, since the default location was filling up the native memory. Maybe that has something to do with it?

BTW - check back in when you are back from vacation, and ehjoy yourself. this can wait.

Hi again

Don't worry, this is most of the time my out of office work I have something like 12 simultaneous projects on going so I try to keep up with the forum at home the problem here is the connection :

A little bit too much in the country.

So. about the covers, yes.. if there was really small memory things could have gone wrong. But we are adding the UI to choose the location of those files.

A quick scan of these 20 previous pages didn't turn up this bug, so I thought that I would add it:

Hardware: Nokia N810
OS: Diablo

Problem: When attempting to enter a password in last.fm using the slide down keyboard, the "Fn" key does not activate the alternative keyboard layout, resulting in the inability to enter numbers into the password field. The layout indicator stays as "abc". I don't believe that you can do upper case either.

Workaround: Use the on-screen keyboard.

Obviously this was pretty annoying until I thought to use the on-screen keyboard.

Blue : this is actually a input framework bug we already reported to the maemo team. Applications that are not gtk based suffers from that... so I think for now people will need to use the on screen. I guess we should add a stick to known problems...

I posted about this here, but on the first release so it must be lost on the threads

I figured that it was unlikely that it would be completely un-known... but I just wanted to be sure. And with 20 pages in this thread, it isn't easy to scan it for already posted items!

Ah well. If that is truly my only problem with Canola (other than a2dp, which I know is being worked on), then everyone must be doing a really good job.

I find some error in the file name of the podcast.

One of my podcast seed has some links like this:

http://224.cachefile22.fs2you.com/ac...0b/preview.mp3

http://224.cachefile13.fs2you.com/ac...7e/preview.mp3

So when I download the first one, Canola will save it as preview.mp3 with no error. But when I download the second one, Canola report Unknow error. I guess Canola save the second one in the same name of preview.mp3, isn't it?.

What'll I do?

Thanks

Yesterday, the flashing "!" came up (Diablo?) and it said that Canola had an upgrade although all of the versions looked to be the same as what I had. I upgraded anyways and Canola still seems to work fine. Weird. Just thought I'd mention.

I - for one - can't get it to run. Latest Flash, it installs without error, but when I start it, it tells me it's "starting" and then that box disappears and that it.
