I believe the file has to be Base-64 encoded X.509 format.

I am having problem to synch n900 with MSE 2007. The actual problem is with the configuration of server certificate, some reason the server picks an invalid certificate and could not cotinue. All the users owns either iPhone or Blackberry and it is hard to convince to fix the problem at server level. Is there a way to configure the MfE to accept the certificate anyway just like iPhone MfE client.

or currently any other MfE client available for N900 which can accept an invalid certificate and access the mailbox?

Thanks!

I guess you can figure out (not just whether file PEM-aka-base64-text or BER-encoded) more details of certificate with OpenSSL - it has means for that in main binary

need help how to do that or OpenSSL FAQ would be enough?

Also looking forward to the EX 2003 support here. Big let down that it wasn't included out of box as I assumed it would be.

Any time frame? Thanks for being communicative with the community :-)

vitaly_repin: Can you please estimate when the new firmware with Exchange 2003 support could be available? There are many questions in the board, but still no answer. Thank you

I just checked my outlook web access setting under mobile devices and it states

Device: Smartphone
Status : Ok
First Sync on: Wednesday 02/12/09 12:43
Device ID: IMEI number (in digit form)

I'm not sure if that helps or not, but at the moment the lack of not being able to read emails on my N900 is a big issue. i have to carry 2 phones. really need some sort of resolution to this.

But there has been an answer: Nokia does not provide to the public the release dates for future firmware updates.

I did a search for "multiple accounts" on this thread and didn't see anything. Is there going to be support for more than one exchange account?
