I removed all inception and related files from my device with file manager to start from a scratch. Now should i again use aries steps or can i use n9qt option EE?

Did you go to Manage Applications and uninstall too?
If yes now you can use Tweak EE...In fact I think Tweak EE allows you to uninstall too so run the uninstall tweak first then install it...

Uninstall inception then using filebox navigate to /usr/lib/inception/ and /usr/sbin/
You need to delete /usr/lib/inception/ if its still present after uninstallation as well as delete /usr/sbin/pasiv /usr/sbin/pasiv-not-run
if you use terminal do:
Now reboot and try installing again from Tweak EE...Code:devel-su {enter your password} rm -rf /usr/lib/inception/ rm -rf /usr/sbin/pasiv rm -rf /usr/sbin/pasiv-not-run

I also deleted inception 0.2.5 installer file..Please guide me from scratch..
