hmmm small store? but that doesnt sound right.... i know it's hard to believe them at the best of times, but that sounds odd....
Call em tomorrow and ask the same question, see what you get

That's ridiculous!! 10 a day as well? That's pretty damn slow... surely they can manage more than just over ONE an hour... and surely there's more than 1 person doing them?! Lol...

At least Banbury said they'd actually send mine out today! Guessing that as they called me, they were processing me at that moment in time...That goes against all their previous emails too about "5 working days"...

Yeah, will give them a buzz. It is a fairly small store yes, but not as small as the Basingstoke one; that one was built in a cupboard!

Will post back if I get any more info.

Does MPD call at the stage of Pending stock or Ready for dispatch? has someone had a call after status being ready for dispatch?

Report them to head office. their regonal manager will lay the smack down on them since its been promised 5 workings days.

i think you may be the first to receive it with a swapover? -if not, hunt back through this post, and message anyone who has received the device and mentioned they are porting numbers. They may all be busy on their devices - so i'd expect a reply later. Don't panic tho

I just think its disgusting we pay for next-day delivery but they do not appear to be rushing to get them in the damn post.

You pay for next-day delivery you do not expect them to twiddle their thumbs for days.

It's probably poor management.
Manager at the store not able to motivate staff=staff dont give a crap=work doesnt get done
