Yeah it has been reported and It has been discussed before several times.
That's something I need to fix. I wonder why somebody would have two phones registered with WhatsApp, but looks like it is the case with some of you guys' contacts. Yappari assumes people have only one phone registered in WhatsApp (because it is very dumb to have more than one), so that part has to be modified.
I thought it was just me that's why I asked!
In that case, take your time with it, I don't think it's a priority for the time being, we can just create a different name for the other accounts for now ^^

help my yappari says connection refused for over a month now. it only login after numerous agonising retrys and restarting of the app.. am fed up. i av nitdroid installed.
